Schedule maintenanceLight bulb replacement
Interior, exterior, recessed cans, and hard-to-reach fixtures. We bring common LED sizes.
Fire & CO alarm batteries
Every detector in the house, labeled and dated. We flag units that need full replacement.
Furnace & AC filters
Correct size, correct MERV, installed the right way around. Old filter hauled out.
Refrigerator water filter
Swap the in-fridge or inline filter and run a flush so the first glass isn't cloudy.
Dryer vent check
Lint pull, outdoor flap test, and a note if the run needs a deeper clean.
Gutter & downspout glance
Stand-level check for clogs, standing water, and pulled hangers after storms.
