How we work
A stocked van and a short list
Most of what we do is unglamorous on purpose: bulbs in the stairwell, batteries in every detector, the furnace filter that should have been swapped at Thanksgiving, the door that sticks. We treat those jobs with the same care as a full punch list.
The bee is the mascot. The camo on the badge is a nod to showing up prepared. The standard is simpler: fix it right, and be easy to have in the house.
What we won't skip
Leave it better
Boot covers, drop cloths, waste in our truck — not yours. The job isn't done until the space is ready to live in again.
Say the number
Trip fee, time, parts. No fog. If we find a bigger issue, we stop and talk before we touch it.
